We are pleased to introduce you to the Apeco ARC conveyor series. The gravity roller conveyors are designed with many different frames for almost any application or product that can be transported using gravity alone. Some frame designs also support our motorised systems, known as the AMRC series. All designs are modular so they can be connected with each other. The conveyors are simple to construct and maintain (most conveyors are maintenance free) using our user manuals, which are translated to any requested language.
ARC 800/1500, Universal frame, Mild steel
| Frame type | Module length | Recommended load |
|---|---|---|
| Universal frame - ARC | 400-2000 mm | up to 3000 N/m |
| Heavy frame - ARC/H | 400-2000 mm | up to 10000 N/m |
| Food frame - ARC/F | 400-2000 mm | up to 1500 N/m |
*Please note that the measurements might change due to options added to the conveyor.
Sleeves are used to make rollers softer, enhance friction with the product or to protect the product running on rollers. Rollers are covered with special tube made either from PVC, PU or rubber lagging. This also increases the roller tube diameter by 2-6 mm.
Rollers can be grooved.
Rollers can be manufactured with different sprocket arrangements. The sprocket designs can also include either fixed or friction designs (*friction designs are used for product buffering, without harming the product or wearing the roller).
Flanges are used for extra guidance in FIFO or pallet transportation systems. Flanges can be welded or attached.
There are many different add-ons available, such as those specially made for the timing belt and more.
Standard leg comes with the regulation option from +/-50 to 150 mm. The design consists of a leg with tube inserter and a leg platform that can be fixed to ground.
The supports can have wheels. Wheel type and form is chosen based on the ground it will travel and the mass on the conveyor. As standard, all quoted wheels are designed for cement floors.
Heavy supports are designed specially for heavy loads and rigid applications. Most heavy supports are adjusted by screw threads.
For working heights of 500 mm or more and loads below 2000 N, an extra regulating option is available. The regulation distance depends on the open area between the roller frame and bottom of the leg.
*The following enquiry form is the fastest way to get a detailed quotation. Just fill the forms and hit send. We will review the given input and suggest the best solution for you. If you have any extra requests or comments, such as sidewalls, double layer, conveyor working in extreme working conditions, type this in the ‘Additional information’ box. We will include this data in the quotation, which you can then double check it. If you require any changes, we are here to help.
If somehow your enquiry did not make it and we haven’t contacted with you within 3 days, please let us know by e-mailing: info@apeco.ee
